HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Cancelling your subscription is simple and can be done entirely by you through your account:
Step 1:
Log in to your account

Step 2:
Navigate to the
Subscriptions section
of your account.
Step 3:
Select the subscription
you wish to cancel.
Step 4:
Click Cancel Subscription
and confirm your cancellation.
Your subscription will be
cancelled immediately and you
will not be charged again.
You will receive a
confirmation email once
your cancellation is processed.CANCELLATION DEADLINES
To avoid being charged
for your next order
cancel your subscription at
least 24 hours before
your next billing date.
Your billing date is
shown in your account
under Subscriptions.
If you cancel after
your billing date has
passed and your order
has already been processed
the cancellation will take
effect for the following cycle.ACCIDENTAL CHARGES
If you believe you were charged in error please contact us within 7 days at support@revivalforyou.com and we will resolve it immediately.
SKIPPING A SHIPMENT
If you do not need your next order but do not want to cancel you can skip a shipment through your account:
Step 1:
Log in to your account

Step 2:
Navigate to Subscriptions.
Step 3:
Select Skip Next Shipment.
Your subscription will remain
active and your next
order will ship the
following month instead.PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you want to take a break without cancelling you can pause your subscription through your account for up to 3 months.
REACTIVATING A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION
If you cancel and want to reactivate simply log in to your account and resubscribe at any time.
Your 20% subscriber discount will be reinstated immediately.
